Having a keen interest in photography even before his teenage years, Stephan Busch has now well over 20 years of photographic experience.  He started serious photography long before digital media and honed his eye and camera skills on old 35mm SLR cameras. Having to understand the science of light, not to mention the high cost of films and D&P has ‘forced’ Stephan to refine and develop his compositional skills to the point where every photograph counts.  He enjoys capturing anything from macro to landscapes to B&W abstracts.

When he isn’t taking photographs he spends most of his time either in his wine cellar (www.rusticus.co.za) or in the kitchen whipping up a feast.  His day job is as a general manager for various farms incl. the Pat Busch Private Nature Reserve
(www.patbusch.co.za) in Robertson.
